How can i submit to your magazine?

• We have made our submission interface pretty simple. CLICK HERE to submit.

How long does it take for the magazine to release after i submit?

• We believe in the slow process of design. We want to ensure every magazine we put out, needs to the best there is! That being said - a submission can take anywhere between 14 days to 60 days. Paid submissions can be released sooner. Please do understand - we get 100+ submissions everyday and it might take a while for your submission to be released. only submit to us if you are willing to wait.

When can i share my artwork on Social Media?

• Mob Journal does not hold any copyrights or exclusivity to your artwork. Hence, you are free to post whenever. However, we do suggest to tag or credit us as a publication if and when you do so!

How can i get my tear-sheets?

• All artists who’s submissions have been accepted by Mob Journal, will receive tear-sheets upon request. Due to high volume of tear-sheet request We are only able to provide them via email. Please send an E-mail to rose-anne@thisismob.com with your NAME + TITLE OF SUBMISSION + VOLUME NUMBER and ISSUE NUMBER after your publication has been released.

• Tear-sheets are usually sent within 7-14 days after your publication release.

• We might miss a mail or two due to human error - if you have not yet received your tear-sheets, please send in a second request. It is greatly appreciated.

How long does it take to print a book?

• Production takes 4-5 business days. This doesn't include shipping.

• Including shipping, most orders arrive 7 to 14 business days after you place your order, depending on the delivery method you select at checkout and the destination.

• We do not offer rush production and there are no delivery options faster than what is quoted on the shipping page above.

• Due to service limitations we may not be able to deliver to outlying regions not already listed above (e.g., Canary Islands, Channel Islands, etc.).

Any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

• For addresses in more remote locations, please add additional time for delivery whether you've chosen standard or Express.

Order, tracking, and delivery information?

• You've placed your order and now are anxiously awaiting your order.

• If your order has shipped and there's no link to a tracking number, this means it shipped via a non-trackable method. (Most shipping methods are trackable, and methods that aren't trackable will show non-trackable.

• Having an issue with delivery? Please let us know. Include your order number in your email so that we can quickly resolve your issue. 

I have placed an order for Print + Digital but haven’t received my digital file yet?

• All digital files will be sent to you via the email ID provided by you on or before your order ships. This usually takes 4-5 business days.

• This is to ensure all orders are processed completely from our end in order to have smooth function of production.

Your submission is FINAL* ⦁ There will be no changes done after the issue is published. ⦁ Although all submissions are welcomed, we prioritize exclusive and unpublished editorials. ⦁ When approved, the editorial is published within 4-6 weeks. If you would like to be published in the next weeks or days, please select Immediate Publishing on the right. ⦁ We keep the right to choose which photos will be published if there are too many similar photos in one editorial submission. By submitting materials you agree to Mob Journal's following terms and conditions: 1. The photographer owns all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to Mob Journal and I understand that I am granting Mob Journal the rights to use it in the following ways: 2. To publish in print, online and/or in digital format. 3. To publish it on social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc) and on the Mob Journal's website, which shall include the Photographer's name. 4. consent to indemnify Mob Journal against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against Mob Journal's arising out of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement. 5. I grant this authorization free of charge and that Mob Journal does not provide free print copies to the collaborators published in the printed issues. Participants who have modelled or posed in the photo have assigned all relevant rights to the photographer. 7. Once published, you can not unpublish the said editorial. 8. All submitters are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. This is to ensure communication is maintained equally to all our artists and to keep you updated with more information on the magazines being published.
